THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE

  1. Luxe (11" x 8.5") and Premium Magazine (11" x 8.5") books require hi-res photos only. Above 5mb and 300 DPI (Max 8mb and 600 DPI)
  2. If you prefer to use your photos from Facebook, we highly suggest that you purchase either of the following:
    1. Premium Magazine 8" x 6"b. Premium 8" x 8"
    2. This is to ensure that your photos do not turn out pixelated in the layout, as well as in the actual print.
  3. We accept a maximum of 2 revisions per book. A fee of P1,000 will be charged for every succeeding revision.

Disclaimer: If your photos are not in high-resolution quality, we may have to adjust the layout of your book for it to be crafted perfectly.

Photos from Facebook albums are not suited for a Luxe book layout. Facebook compresses the resolution of your photos, which then become low-resolution copies.

DAY 1

Placing of orders.

Step 1: Select which story theme you want for your photo book.
Step 2: Pay.
Step 3: Upload. You can choose between four options:

Option 1: Shop here

  1. Click on and place your orders at thegiftcompany.com.ph/ampersand. thegiftcompany.com.ph/

  2. Choose your book. Click "Add to cart".
  3. Go to cart. After making your final choice, click "Payment".
  4. Enter your payment details.
  5. Expect an e-mail from us confirming that your orders are being processed. Our business manager will personally send you a message or give you a call to discuss your photo book's layout and other specific details you want included in your story.
  6. Your order is now being processed. Refer below:

Option 2: Facebook

  1. Add Ampersand Storytellers on Facebook.
  2. Give us the link of your Facebook album or links of the Facebook photos you want us to use.
  3. We will recommend a suitable book based on the size and resolution of your photos.
  4. You can pay us through bank deposit - BPI or BDO.
  5. Expect an e-mail from us confirming that your orders are being processed. Our business manager will personally send you a message or give you a call to discuss your photo book's layout and other specific details you want included in your story.
  6. Your order is now being processed. Refer below:

Option 3: Email (WeTransfer / Dropbox link)

  1. You can send your photos through e-mail by using WeTransfer/Dropbox link.
  2. We will check the photos you have sent.
  3. We will recommend a suitable book based on the size and resolution of your photos
  4. Expect an e-mail from us confirming that your orders are being processed. Our business manager will personally send you a message or give you a call to discuss your photo book's layout and other specific details you want included in your story.
  5. Your order is now being processed. Refer below:

Option 4: USB flash drive / Hard drive delivery pick up

  1. You can send your USB flash drive / Hard drive to us via two options:
  2. Give us your address so we can pick it up through GrabExpress.
  3. Visit any The Picture Company branch. You can leave your flash drive encased in an envelope with your name. We'll pick it up as quickly as we can.
  4. We will check the photos you have sent.
  5. We will recommend a suitable book based on the size and resolution of your photos.
  6. Expect an e-mail from us confirming that your orders are being processed. Our business manager will personally send you a message or give you a call to discuss your photo book's layout and other specific details you want included in your story.
  7. Your order is now being processed. Refer below:

DAY 2 - 4

Layout happens.

Your story is being told. Your photos being laid out in a luxe book. We will fix the quality of your photos and create a clean, timeless layout for your story.

DAY 5

Layout approval. Revisions applied.

Step 1: Using Facebook or e-mail (your choice), our storytellers will send you a copy of your photo book's layout for your approval.
Step 2: Once you confirm, your book will now be sent to our supplier overseas for printing.

DAY 6 - 12

Printing. Quality control. Your story packaged.

Your story coming alive - carefully printed, quality controlled, beautifully bound, and packaged overseas, becoming a timeless book for future generations.

DAY 13 - 15

Story being delivered.

Your photo book is on its way to the Philippines and will be at your doorstep in a few short days!

Create an account. Upon receiving payment confirmation via email, an Ampersand Code will be provided so you can upload your photos.

Via Facebook: /ampersand.storytellers
Prepare your photos in one Facebook album then add us as a friend. An Ampersand Storyteller will message you once she has finished downloading your photos.

Once you have submitted your photos, your order is final. Our process is highly automated and once ordered, your book will immediately queue for production. However, the shipping address may be changed as this is not immediately affected.

We may enhance your photos to ensure the premium quality and look of your book.

We only accept a maximum of 2 revisions per book. A fee of P1,000 will be charged for every succeeding revision.

We have a standard shipping of P150 for Manila, North (Antipolo, Novaliches, Quezon City) and South (Alabang, Caloocan, Cavite) areas. For provinces, we will follow the standard rate of P300.

Yes you can. You can your shipping address within 12 hours after you have placed your order. Send us an e-mail of the changes at ampersandluxe@picturecompany.com.ph.

We cannot change the address once we have shipped the item to our supplier for printing abroad
